We made our morning trip to the hospital where Carol received another treatment. We were in and out quite quickly. We did some shopping and came home.
I put a cover, and nursery pot, over the waterer. It is hanging from the poultry wire.
The acorns are germinating. The white radical is showing.
A close up of the cone-tainers and the acorn.
A tray of 98 cone-tainers. The roots will be going down and soon a stem will come up.
The photo at the beginning of this blog was not held high enough. I screwed a eye screw into the ceiling and the nursery can is tied to it.
Robert and Frank came. Robert pulled up most of the old plants and stacked them in several different places. There were a few veggies that they salvaged. Those that were to thick were full of aphids.
The above and following photos show what were removed and what new things were planted.
Robert set up the automatic watering in house six. It will come on every other day. I will check it in the morning to determine which day it came on. Close-up above.
There are six drip lines. Three on each row.

I write all most every day of what goes on in our home in the garden and in the nursery. We are ordinance workers at the Manti Temple on the Tuesday morning shift and the Saturday evening shift. In addition there are several trips to Utah county a couple of times a month and a few short trips to other mountain west areas. Our family is most important to us. All of our children live in Utah except one who lives in Kentucky.

Not Much Today
I turned the water on at the drip north of the iris. I wanted it to soak so when planting tomorrow, the ground would be soft. One of the dribble tubes blew out. There is small stream of water coming out. I put the dribble tube back in and tied it down with a twist wire.
This looks like a map of a peninsula, The dark is the land. In reality one of the dribble tubes is emitting water where the ground will be softened for planting tomorrow or the next day.
The photo is in house one. Drip lines are to water the egg plants, tomato plants, pepper plants. When it gets hot it expands and cause kinks or buckles/
