A Few Drops

I spent most the morning watering the plants in the garden.  We watched some of the morning TV shows.

I took some potato peelings to chickens. Their lay pellet container was empty. There even wasn't any dust. 

There is a pine tree that was suffering because no rain. I found an old garden hose. I hocked one end to the tap and the other end to the tree.

I watered the garden. Some rows were partially clogged with weeds and soil. It took a long time to get the water to the end of the row.

I had buttered sweet potatoes for lunch. Very good.

This plant might be a pumpkin. I watered most of the back lawn with a sprinkler. We had enough rain to wet the front sidewalk. I watered the grape vines and watered the potato plants.
