I write all most every day of what goes on in our home in the garden and in the nursery. We are ordinance workers at the Manti Temple on the Tuesday morning shift and the Saturday evening shift. In addition there are several trips to Utah county a couple of times a month and a few short trips to other mountain west areas. Our family is most important to us. All of our children live in Utah except one who lives in Kentucky.

Again?
The morning was pretty normal. I wanted to see the TV show called Matlock. The show was continued from yesterday. After it ended at ten, we drove to Fillmore.
I pulled up to the Fillmore hospital where Carol got out of the car. I parked the car and then walked in.The IV was already in her arm. The nurse hooked her up to the drip. It took a little over an hour for the bag to empty. We stopped at Cluff's for small hamburgers, French fries, and a freeze. We then brought it home for lunch. After lunch I started to water the south garden.
I pulled out the milk weeds that was growing in the dahlia bed. I pulled out two at the same time ended up with the root system.
I watered the green arrow peas and the celebrity tomato plants. I also dug out some of the weeds.
I watered the cucumber plants. I also pulled out all of the weeds in that row. I was on my hands and knees. The rough ground was hard in my hands. I used a lawn chair to hold up my arm.
This an example of four cucumber plants.
This the dalhia bed after I pulled out the milkweeds. It looks so much better.

Hospital
We were there a little early. Carol got out and I parked the car. We had to wait quite awhile before they had a room ready for her.
The hooked up the I've. We watched TV news while the liquid drained out of the bag into her arm. It was a little after one when we got home. I worked some more in the garden. Carol got another call from Dr Grose. We went back to hospital. They wanted to take some x-rays of her lower back. She got one more call from Dr Grose. He wanted a stool sample. We will take that to the hospital tomorrow. Carol is eating and drinking a little more. We watched TV until we went to bed.

Father's Day
We went to bed a little earlier than usual. I recorded the time that I got up for the bathroom. I woke up three times. I weighted, recorded my weight and showered, said my prayers and then shaved. I was going to read from the Book of Mormon, but Carol got up and there wasn't time. She is still sick, but she did eat her breakfast. I fed the cats and prepared breakfast. After breakfast I watered the plants in the front yard. I then watered Robert's trees. Richard called wishing me a happy Father's Day. Carol stayed home and I went to church. There talks in sacrament meeting were good. Sunday school was exceptionally good. I came home and had dinner.
Elizbeth and Lisa called. Robert and Jeanne came and gave me a pair of Cloggs and a black t-shirt. Robert and I walked through the garden and greenhouses. They visited for a while before they went home. We watched TV until we went to bed.

Weed Eating, Pulling, and Digging Weeds
After breakfast, watching woodworking shows on TV is what I did. After that i put on my boots and took the weed eater and cut down the weeds at the nursery. After that I started after the weeds in front of the truck. It is here where the battery went dead.
I did the weeds up the lain east of the greenhouses.I did the weeds sorth of houses two and three.
There were a lot of weeds north of house four. They are to the left of the soil and held up by the rocks.
I found two small mushrooms in the front yard. They are a little larger than a quarter.
These large mallows makes a beautiful statement.
I pulled or dug every weed on this planting bed.
There was a lot ladybug larvae. They look like tiny alligators. I got the picture but can't see one anywhere in the picture.
