We squeezed all the lemons. It took over an hour, and put them in four ice cube trays.
We have two large totes full of nutcrackers. There are a couple smaller boxes that also, have nutcrackers. Carol put them all on the coffee table while I stood on the bench behind and put them on top of the of the entertainment cabinet.
The above photo shows most of them.
I made a shelf above the living room door that goes into the bathroom and two bedrooms. We put some nutcrackers on the shelf. It looks pretty cool.
This cabinet has snow globes and other Christmas items.
Here is a nativity scene.
Here is the nativity on a small table.
Here is the large nativity show the baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph, The Shepherds the wise men, and their animals.
And here are the deer.
Another picture. They have been on our back lawn most of the day. On the right is a deer laying down.
This evening we took the frozen lemon cubes out of the freezer.
We put them in zip bags and put the back in the freezer. one cube is about two tablespoons of lemon juice.
Comments and questions are welcome.
I write all most every day of what goes on in our home in the garden and in the nursery. We are ordinance workers at the Manti Temple on the Tuesday morning shift and the Saturday evening shift. In addition there are several trips to Utah county a couple of times a month and a few short trips to other mountain west areas. Our family is most important to us. All of our children live in Utah except one who lives in Kentucky.

Putting Away Christmas for Another Year
Carol hinted this morning of putting the Nut Crackers away. I thought that we could wait a couple more days, but then I changed my mind and started to empty the closes where our Christmas decoration are kept. We have one big tote used for the nut crackers. It is on the bottom and to get it I brought everything out. Most were empty boxes. There was a tote waiting in my bedroom.
I handed the nut crackers to Carol and she put them in the tote. She placed plastic grocery bags between the layers of nut crackers. The first tote was full and we filled a smaller tote. We then brought out the box that had our photos and some statues. They were placed in three different locations. On top of the milk safe, the TV, and a small table near the front door.
This afternoon I spent time at the nursery.
