Unusual Day

The morning started as usual.  The photos are in the reverse orderly order.  The first one should be last.

The lawnmower is fixed.  I took it on a little test drive on the back lawn.
Our neighbor, Richard Darnel, our neighbor, Fixed our lawnmower.  He put in a new drive belt.  He had to move the deck out of the way.
Richard brought his floor jack to lift up the mower some so he could look at the drive belt,
Here he is on the other side of the mower.
Here the deck is moved out of the way.
Carol cut the topaz melon into small pieces.  It really tasted good.  I fed the seeds and rinds to the chickens.
I picked some sweet corn.  Those in the above picture were young and tender.  We had these for supper.  We also had fried zucchini.
These are the older corn.  I fed them to the chickens.
