I write all most every day of what goes on in our home in the garden and in the nursery. We are ordinance workers at the Manti Temple on the Tuesday morning shift and the Saturday evening shift. In addition there are several trips to Utah county a couple of times a month and a few short trips to other mountain west areas. Our family is most important to us. All of our children live in Utah except one who lives in Kentucky.

At the end of the day, work is not finished --- quit
Ben was here before I finished breakfast. I had him water the plants in the hoop garden. I finished breakfast and hand him water house three. He then did some cleaning down the south isle. We took it to the dumpster. He was going to leave at ten so he had about thirty minutes left for work. Last week Robert removed dozens of tomato plants. I had Ben windup the twine on a board that prepared. Each piece of twin was tied together.
Below are two photos of Been working.
I don't know what to call this, but it is pretty a handy. There is a lot of twine used in houses six and two.
Ben went home and I pulled and hoed weeds in the North garden.
I did some weeding in the cucumbers and tomatoes.
Before lunch and again after lunch I worked in house six. I made more tomahooke, using up all of the wire. There were some tomato plants that we being held up four foot bamboo. I removed the bamboo used the new hooks. Those plants were so heavy with tomatoes, I had to tie the string to the bows.
We used poles attached to wires to hang the tomato plants on. I had to tie the wires to the bows. Some of the poles began to lean to the west. I fixed some of it, but more fixing needed.
Watering the strawberries. They haven't been watered for a long time.
I weeded the iris plants.
The last thing of the day was picking some cucumbers. There was not as many today as yesterday.
