We left early this morning.
I write all most every day of what goes on in our home in the garden and in the nursery. We are ordinance workers at the Manti Temple on the Tuesday morning shift and the Saturday evening shift. In addition there are several trips to Utah county a couple of times a month and a few short trips to other mountain west areas. Our family is most important to us. All of our children live in Utah except one who lives in Kentucky.
It was almost time to get up and went right back to sleep. It was nearly seven when I got up. I looked out the front door. There was snow on the sidewalk.
Thought that I was getting up early this morning. But by the morning routine was finished, it was time for the morning news. I turned on the news and then fed the cats. Carol was up a little later. I fixed breakfast. After breakfast we watched the morning channel 44 shows. There were several interruptions. So we missed part of the shows. I picked up the mail. I had sweet potato pie for lunch. It was creamy for dessert. After lunch I went out to the garden and planted Green Arrow peas. Most of the following photos are about the planting. Most of it may be boring. I took pictures of preparing the soil for planting and then planting and then covering the seeds with soil.
This show preparation. I brought over the little Honda tiller which was in greenhouse five. I tilled down the row and then back up the row. It took a while to get the warmed up but it did a pretty good job.I slept in this morning. I got up and weighed and recorded it. I didn't have time to shave or prayers before the morning news. I turned on the news and fed the cats. Carol gets up and I prepared breakfast. After breakfast we watched the morning TV show on channel 44. I picked up the mail and then came home. After Lunch we went to Fillmore and bought some groceries.
I had a light supper of sausage, beans, potatoes and gravy.I woke up right on time this morning. but after weighing in, showering, and prayers I started the old fashion oatmeal mush I fed the cats. I also watched some of the news. Some is bad news. After breakfast we watched the morning TV shows. I dozed off and missed part of the shows.
The chickens are almost out of lay pellets. I put more lay pellets in the feeder, I also gathered four eggs.
I was a little late at getting up this morning. I weighed in, showered, said my prayers and then started breakfast. Carol got up a little later. I fed the cats and started breakfast. After breakfast I turned on channel 44 to watch my shows. I was able to watch two shows. Carol called the Revere clinic and made me an appointment. 9:15. We drove over and was there at the right time. We waited quite a long time before went into the exam room. The nurse checked my blood pressure, my temperature and then asked several questions about my health. She stuck a probe up both nostrils. The test results were negative. We had a long wait for the doctor. The short of it was I was okey.
We bought some groceries at the Fillmore Market.
