We went to American Fork, picked up Miles and Nyleen, and took them to the Mt Timpanogos temple yesterday. After the session was over, we took them home and got a bushel of concord grapes. This morning went through the process of juicing them. I picked some grapes from our garden. we added them to the other grapes.
We got twenty-quart bottles of juice. This afternoon we put them in the pantry.
This is a photo of the canner on the left and juicer on the right. The juice comes down the rubber tubbing into a quart bottle that is sitting on a stool next to the oven. While the grape juice was being steamed, I picked the above vegetables in the garden.
