Our grandson, Dax Gray is going to be married tomorrow morning to Brittany Van Leuven in the Logan Utah Temple. The sealing will start at nine. It is requested that guests arrive a half our early. Carol and I left Holden this morning around ten. We did some shopping on the way up. We had lunch at the Golden Coral. And was at Lisa's house around 4:30. We stayed there the night.
Saturday, September 8
We were up at 5:30 and were soon on our way. Lisa gave us small hot sausage and cheese inside a bun. We ate it as we drove. It was pretty good. We missed the road to Logan. We were looking for a sign that pointed towards Logan. We drove up and down the streets in Brigham. Finally we got the right road and were soon in Logan. We parked in the temple parking lot and waited in the waiting room.

A small tree, seven or eight inches in diameter, shows a large scare which was caused from the lose of bark which has completely healed over the years.

Our Garden
The Beans are really doing well now. There are enough for Sunday dinner tomorrow. The above phot is of a small portion of the hoop where the bean are hanging.
The grapes are now raisons. I should have collected them a day or to ago.
I have them in this large green bowl. Most every raison has a small stem which will take a long time to pull each one out.
I picked about thirty gladiator tomatoes. I cut the stem off of all of them. With a spoon I removed the seeds and ribs. I then quartered each tomato.
I scraped out the seeds and placed them on the dryer.
This fuzzy picture show the seeds, juice, and some of the ribs. I ground them up some, salted the and boiled them. They were pretty tasty.
Comments and questions are welcome.
