Harvest Dinner

A good day at the temple as usual.  On the way home, we stopped at the High Spot for ice cream, as usual.  No photos not as usual.

Soon as we got home, I changed clothes and picked tomatoes and cucumbers.  They are for the harvest dinner at the church.  It was going to be in the parking lot east of our church building.  The wind was blowing.  Table covers and decorations would blow off the tables.  Everything was move inside.  Many ward members brought their harvest.  Mainly tomatoes and cucumbers.  Others brought home made deserts.  The ward bought the meat, rolls and sweet corn.  The sweet corn was very good.  Different ward groups helped with setting up, serving and cleaning up after it was over.

We took two large trays of sliced tomatoes.  Four containers of sliced cucumbers.

The was no evidence of deer in our yard.  This is day two.
