Shot and Apple Sauce

This morning was pretty usual.  Shower, shave, Book of Mormon, boiled egg, made old
fashion oat mush.
The mums have not frozen and are really pretty.  I cut them and brought them in to Carol.  She arranged them and put them in the vase.   At the top right is are the apples that Carol washed and we are getting them ready for making apple sauce.
This afternoon Carol and I went to the county health clinic to get our booster shot.  I had one of the ladies there take the picture.  We got our shots in the left arm.  We didn't have to wait before we left.
When we got home we prepared the apples for sauce.  The apple peeler that we have made pretty quick work.   We then cooked them for about twenty minutes.  We ground them into a sauce in the food processor.  Carol filled nine pint bottles.  They were processed for twenty minutes.
